Preparing for your online appointment with Audrey Stephenson

AUDREY STEPHENSON | ONLINE

If you are unable to attend an in person appointment at the Bath or London clinic, or simply prefer to be in your own home, online appointments are available. These are also a good option between in person appointments when life gets too busy to travel to one of the clinics.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Find a place where you are comfortable and can relax without any interruptions. Put your phone on silent, or even switch it off.

Feel free to bring a drink with you and curl up on your favourite chair or sofa. Some people also find it handy to have some tissues nearby in case needed.

You may be more comfortable attending your appointment on a hands-free device such as a laptop or tablet. Your appointment will last 50 minutes which a long time to hold a screen.

I will attend our appointment from my consulting room in Bath where I will also be on a hands free device and sat on a comfy chair. Hopefully our session will feel just like an in person appointment.

LOGGING INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our appointment will be held via a Zoom video call.

When you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a Zoom call link. This can also be found in your appointment reminder email.

At the time of your appointment, click on the Zoom link in your email. A new web browser window will open containing our video call screen. From there I will start our appointment.

If you have any questions before your appointment, please contact Kelly Marcham who will be happy to help you (kelly@audreystephenson.co.uk). I look forward to welcoming you.
